More bug fixes

Compare It:
- as an experiment, keyboard customization now uses standard key-control, letting you to use more keys (including national chars) as shortcuts;
- fixed several problems with reports, missed from the time when Partial matching was added.

Synchronize It:
- added ability to define size filter with command line: /size-100K (size<100Kb), /size+0 (size>0). It would be nice to use > and <, but it is not correctly handled by system.
- 0 size is now shown;
- Session save button now saves to ini file always;
- few other small fixies.
