Shell extensions

CompareIt shell extension is fixed and should correctly work with Vista\Win7. It will also work for Synchronize It!, if placed to it’s folder. But there should be single extension registered - so for best work both programs should be placed in same folders.

Compare It! update

* Fixed bug with file dates after conversion;
* Editing now updates Overview bar;
+ added Ignore>line command to remove highlighting of single line
