Here it is.
I opened two documents then tried to scroll down using the mouse wheel. The documents did not scroll; the triangles did.

Rarely, but it happens that Compare It! completely resets all the settings. Today I finally seem to have found the reason: I opened two instances almost simultaneously (it happened because of temporary computer slowness). First instance opened correctly, but the second one was as if all the settings...

Another great feature I missed very much with the old way of using CompareIt from TC, is its ability to use CI even for comparing files from archives. Before CompareTool key was announced, it was impossible.
