Hi, I understand that the "exclude option" (which I use in command line mode with /x or /xD) will exclude any file or directory whose name matches the string that is provided. My stupid mistake
Well, the only difference in the root folder was indeed the same file with a slightly different timestamp. And Synchronize It! did not find the differences in subfolders because I hadn't checked the "include subfolders" box.

I installed version 3.03 and tried to synchronize ("Duplicate") 2 folders over the network without changing any option. An example is: Source: C:\Program Files\SomeProgram Target: \\SomeOtherComputer\C$\Program Files\SomeProgram (I have administrative rights on both machines) Synch It 3 always says ...
