Some of the folders in a directory I backup have several thousand files in them. When Synchronize It displays that many items at one time, it really slows the program down. I personally would like the option to have it always keep the folders collapsed unless I expand them myself.

I have a directory that takes several hours to index. When I tell it to synchronize silently, I would like for it to copy the files while it is indexing them and not after.
