VERY minor buggettes....

Hi.
I'm using the 4.01.2159 beta every day: To compare PDFs, CSVs and XLSs. I could not work without it!!

I have two small observations on the way the new version behaves.

1) If I click in the gutter on the left hand side of a line; intending to select the line, the line is highlighted, but a box is drawn on the line below, and the cursor is on the line below. Solution is to click on the line above the one I really want.

2) I like the new Compare Profile facilities. But when I create a new Compare Profile, then go to the File Filters tab to associate my new profile with a file type. I don't see my profile in the pull down list until I save and go back into Optiions >> File Filters.

These are VERY very minor issues. CompareIt is a great product and I love that you are still developing and improving it.

Well, in fact most editors will do the same - this is because selection is extended beyond line end. However if you make copy or delete operation, it will be performed on selection, not on current line, as expected. Do you have a problem with it?

You are right, thank you! I will fix that.

I understand what you say, and it is not a real Problem. I have worked out that if I click on the left side of the first character of the line I get the reaction I want (the line is highlighted) and if I click a little bit further to the left I get the line below highlighted. I can live with that.

Thanks for your reply, and apologies for the time I took to respond
