"Replace all" after regex ?

Hello, I've just bought the software, I've made a regex to compare the two files, this regex is working fine (Compare It only highlights the good lines) but... when I want to replace all lines from left file to right file, I can't... I just can do it line by line... With more than 7000 lines, it's not very convenient.
