Horizontal View (4.0.2114)

When using horizontal view, the lower pane is always minimized, so that I can see only the first file. This is very annoying to me - is it possible to change to the old behaviour (just like vertical view) where both files use about the half of the screen?

Hmm, this must be a bug of some kind. What is your Windows version and screen resolution?

Windows XP Home, 2002, SP2.
Resolution 1280 x 800.

Looks like it starts with vertical view (correctly splitted 50/50), then changes to horizontal view (splitted 100/0) after files are compared - I can see that when comparing two large files and comparison lasts some time. Surprisingly when pressing [STRG]-[H] two times, horizontal view is shown correctly with 50/50-split.
