Open for comparing two text files short enough so that they fit one screen and srolling is disabled. Now try to scroll the contents using mouse wheel. The contents does not scroll, of course (though it shake a bit as if the program does scroll the contents and immediately returns it back), but the little triangle buttons are scrolled, thus becoming unsinchronized in position with the text blocks they are meant to move to the left/right.

I opened two documents then tried to scroll down using the mouse wheel. The documents did not scroll; the triangles did.

Thank you, now I see, this only happens with word-wrap. i will try to fix that.
