Can't get moved sections feature to work properly

Using CompareIt 4.1 -

My moved sections feature was working great, then something happened. I was messing with the settings, and now, no matter what I try, I cannot get the feature to work properly.

Help!

My current config is Options->Options->Comparison->Advanced->Find moved sections is checked. use line compare is the only other thing checked, with 3 min chars and 20% min line matching.

Maybe you could rename the wincmp3.ini file, then start again from fresh. But you must have your serial handy, since it is also stored in the ini (or add it back with a compare operation ).

Well, maybe your settings are OK, but CompareIt fails to find moved blocks? it will only work if full changed block was moved, and it may not find it if moved block is located next to changed block.
