XML Comparison feature or plug-in??

hello, Do you have a way to compare XML files or a plugin to do additional XML features? for example:
-comparing entries keeping ordered. (ignore entries order)
-expand/hide entry XML blocks
-merge XML entries/attributes/text

No, currently there is no such plugin, but it is planned for future.
