It seems that if a folder has the braces { and } in its name, then Synchronize it will insist that the files need to be copied on EVERY sync, even if they were just copied on the last sync.
It shows the file as missing, so it seems that it can create such a folder, and copy files to it, but it cannot read the files from such a folder.
