Different Results After Switching Source & Dest Folders

I'm getting different results after switching the source and destination folders. In one case I get zero differences. After switching I get 4 files different. I also have Compare It. If I specify to compare by content, Synchronize It returns files that Compare It reports as "Files Are Identical". Are there any settings that can affect these behaviours?

Which synchronization action are you using? Check this - http://www.grigsoft.com/wndsync/help/so ... ctions.htm , some actions have different results depending on source\target folders.
As for CompareIt, try using SmartCompare feature of Synchronize It! (Options>Comparison) - it can compare text files itself internally.

I think I found the problem. I was using the Backup action. Once I changed to Synchronize, I get the same files after swapping the source and destination folders.
