FTP on non-standard port number

First of all, I'd just like to say that I think Synchronize It! is a fantastic program! You've done a great job.

I have a problem using ftp:

I have an ftp server on a non-standard port.
The latest version of Synchronize It! crashes when I try to connect.
The port I use is > 21000.
