Backup not deleting orphan target files

Again. I am backing up from my computer to a FTP site.

I have a file on my target which has been deleted from the source.

If I run "Update target", it says everything is ok.

If I run "Backup" then it shows the file on the target and the lack of file on the source but it shows them as equal and does not offer to delete the file.

Hmm, can you please make a screenshot - I just can't imagine how does it show files as equal while it is on one side only.

And you are using file list on FTP, aren't you?
