Dates of top folders are not copied correctly

Hi Igor,

when SI creates new top level folders on a target drive, the folders have todays date and not the date of the source.

That's because it creates folder before sync process. This correlates with this topic, when I will create root folder on filer copying, I will set it;s time too.
