Error: The filename or extension is too long.

I have just downloaded Synchronize It! to try and get a number of the following errors:
"The filename or extension is too long."

Example filename is quite long and the folder path very long.
Filename is "SMP_Edgecumbe_Annual Deluge Test Sheet.pdf"
Folder name is "\\Serverauck\d$\Backup\Projects_NTFRS_2609dddd\Fonterra\604 - CO monitoring and deluge upgrade 2007\DATA REPOSITORY\DRIER SAFETY MANUALS\1 - Operating Instructions\1.4 Master Sheets\Drier Deluge System Annual Test Sheets (Masters)\Edgecumbe\SMP"

Is there anyway to fix or workaround the problem of these files not synchronizing?

You should download and use Unicode version - it will handle large size paths without problems: http://www.grigsoft.com/wndsyncu.zip.
