Package size growing

I am using Sychronize It 3.4.

I create package from my external drive - it contains only listfile. All ok.
Then I sync local folder into it - now it contains 5 gigs of changes and listfile. All ok.

Now I sync package to external drive - files are moved. Now package contains only listfile - but package size is still 5 gigs, as if files were deleted from it, but it was not repacked.

Thank you, this should not be so, if files were actually removed. I will check this
