Message when directories are equal

Is there a possibility to suppress the message when two directories seem to be identical? I don't want to suppress it, but unfortunately it doesn't appear any more and I don't know why.

SynchIt ends up in an empty Screen with a Synchronize-Button but nothing to synchronize. Very uncomfortable as it seems that there is something but it is not shown. What am I doing wrong?

It seems that I have added a bug when adding a same file counter in status I will upload a fix this evening.
