Windows 7 Taskbar support

1. I'll be very useful to see Windows 7 Taskbar support feature in SynchronizeIt! This feature means that the taskbar icon are able to show a progress status of current operation perfoming. This progress indicator can be Green - OK, Red - Some error and Yellow - Pause (for example). This feature is really helpful when the program is minimized and you are waiting for the finish or program's current operation.

It looks like this. Hips of programs already support this feature, waiting for SynchronizeIt




2. Pause button is needed too. Sometimes we have to stop massive disk operations for some period of time. For example to write a CD or DVD.
