Ok I'm using Synchronize It 2.82.

I want to synchronize Drive A: with an old backup on drive B:

Some changes were made on Drive A: besides new files. I therefore want to delete all files on Drive B: that is NOT on Drive AL and move the new files from Drive A: over to Drive B:

What to do?

One more question:

Why can't I minimize the program when it os it's is comparing?

You should use Backup mode - it will do exactly what you need.

As for minimizing, you should be able to minimize the program during file searching, except for the moments when some binary cmoparison it's done. This is by design, new version wont have such problem.
