Here is a common issue. I often backup data files from Hard Drive to DVD drive using an open DVD+RW disc and Nero's InCD (so it looks like a regular backup drive) with Sync It. But over-time, the backups get to be bigger than ~4GB, the size of the DVD.

It would be nice if there was an option that could allow the backup to be split between 'n' media devices where each is limited to 'x' GB on the Target. This way you can span your synchroniztion over multiple removable media.
