ID / PASSWORD don't work

I just ordered the software online and receive confirmation with my user ID and PASSWORD. I have copied and pasted the information in the registration and it does not accept it. I closed out the software and tried again (multiple times) and still no luck. Any suggestions?

My husband works in technology services for a Fortune 100 company and even he can't get the license key to work. I got NO ANSWER on the email I sent them today and NO responses on the forum. I'm beginning to think this software is a SCAM. Maybe I need to dispute the charges and find another program that actually works?
