FTP synchronize

When I synchronize local and FTP folder by using the Content compare method it will list all my files even if they are identical.
If I download the FTP folder with separate FTP program and use Synchronize It! to synchronize the local folders by using the same options it will work.

Is this available with complete implementation with 3.0 alpha ?
Any ETA on FTP feature ?

This is great feature in this tool which I recently discovered although I was using this tool for 6 months now. But sadly there is bug where SIT reports identical files also as different from Target, because of which I am unable to use it fully.
Another issue is all control-m characters are copied as is to unix boxes, there should be an option that removes these character before copying them to FTP target and also should take care of this while comparing.

You can check latest update - we have changed working with FTP, it should be better now.
I have downloaded latest patch 1.0.1173 same issues exist

Above mentioned issues exist in the latest patch, but I am not sure if these are newly intoduced issues or existing ones.
